We own and operate a group of Check Cashing and Financial Services stores and understand the need for security. Our 1st security surveillance system was purchased from Surveillance Technology back in February 2006, our 2nd was May 2006 for our new location in Daytona, we also purchased a 3rd system for our location that we opened March 2007. After many years of using the surveillance systems I am happy to report they perform as good as the day they were installed. Surveillance Technology advised us on which system was needed to do the job. They installed top quality products and are highly responsive if you have a question. We knew we wanted and needed a video surveillance system for our neighborhood, but we were not sure exactly what we wanted or needed. The guys from Surveillance Technology came out and looked at the area we wanted surveillance, and provided a customized package that fit our needs. Then they demonstrated the equipment in daytime and nighttime conditions, so we knew what we were getting and the performance we could expect. We had them install the system and have been exceedingly pleased with our system. We have had a couple of equipment issues, but Surveillance Technology sent someone out immediately to resolve the issue. Anyone will sell you a system, but what is important is the support you receive after the sale. Surveillance Technology’s support is unparalleled.I was so pleased with the value and service we received from Surveillance Technology that I purchased a Video Surveillance system for my home from Surveillance Technology, and I am aware of at least one other individual who purchased a video surveillance system for their home from Surveillance Technology as well.

We are a Property Management company with over 20,000 homesites nationwide. I have had the opportunity to work with Surv. Tech. on several projects, and they get it at a high level. They have completed projects from small video systems to multiple 16 ch. systems combined with access control on multiple buildings, and access gate entry systems. It was also important that we have the right equipment(the first time around), and have an accurate plan for the pricing in advance. If you are considering one of these systems then you know how complex they are to plan, network, and install. AFter many years of using a surveillance system that was failing miserably I went online in search of a system that we could actually depend on. Surveillance Technology allowed me to view other systems they had installed from my own computer here in Gainesville. I was GREATLY impressed ~ not only with the system but with the kindness and professionalism of the employees. I have had this system in my testing lab for several years now and can actually observe what is going on not only on the stand alone monitor but from my own computer. Because of the clarity of this system I am now able to keep an eye on my students who are testing but can also continue to perform other duties.
