Tampa, FL June 2017–Surveillance Technology Incorporated has successfully installed an upgraded security system for the Nation’s leading provider of comprehensive real estate services, Property Management Company, more commonly known as PMRG. This commercial real estate firm is privately held and offer a full spectrum of services from property and facility management to leasing, marketing, and development. Property Management Company has 10 locations across the United States and Surveillance Technology Incorporated had the honor to upgrade their surveillance and security system at their Tampa office in Westshore Center.
Any real estate firm must do its best to secure and protect the confidentiality of its clients and partners. In order to accomplish that, it is necessary to maintain state of the art surveillance equipment to be able to detect and deter any intrusion. With this in mind, Surveillance Technology Incorporated not only installed new security features, but upgraded PMRG’s existing equipment as well. The Property Management Company’s offices are located in an 8-story glass building named the Westshore Center. All of their existing analog digital video recorders (DVRs) were upgraded to high definition (HD). Previously, their security system consisted of six cameras covering the common areas and points of entry. Surveillance Technology Incorporated upgraded these to 2.4 megapixel HD business surveillance cameras in Tampa. In order to provide the most extensive security coverage and cover any blind spots, seven new cameras were installed as well. These new cameras cover the north and east points of entry, entrances to the parking garage, as well as to all five of the elevator landings.
