Nestled between Tampa Bay and the Gulf of Mexico, sits a breezy, friendly community known
as Beachway Mobile Park. The residents of Beachway have recently benefited from a
partnership with Surveillance Technology, Inc (STI), who installed a complete 4K surveillance
system throughout the community. The Florida sun, coupled with a welcoming atmosphere and
sparkling pool, create the perfect environment for social gatherings and use of Beachway’s
many amenities. Active communities like this often consult with STI for individualized strategies
on how to protect their residents and property.
An 8 channel H.265 4K DVR now stores high-quality footage from a variety of cameras equipped
with motorized, auto-focus lenses. Several 4K turret cameras provide surveillance coverage of
common areas such as walkways, the laundry room, the clubhouse, the shuffleboard courts,
and parking lot. Three additional 4K bullet cameras offer tighter, more detailed views of the
pool and community entrance, as well as broad views of the maintenance and office buildings.
A license plate camera further monitors all outgoing vehicles.

system project was completed in April of 2020.
