St. Petersburg, FL April 8, 2016–Surveillance Technology Incorporated is proud to announce that they have used their extensive skill and knowledge base to protect our nation’s most valuable resource, our children. After undergoing a much-needed surveillance overhaul, St. Raphael Catholic School in Snell Isle, St. Pete can now operate their day-to-day educational activities without unnecessary fear for the safety of their students.
Surveillance Technology Incorporated installed two 16-channel HD DVR’s with a total of 28 2.4 megapixel 1080p HD intelligent infrared St. Pete surveillance cameras located around campus. Cameras now oversee the hallways, gymnasium, playgrounds, school offices, soccer field, and entrances, using “tight view” technology for increased facial recognition. Additional cameras were installed outside and use technology optimized for license plate recognition, guaranteeing that unwanted visitors can be tracked entering and exiting the campus. Two 55-inch HD televisions were installed in the school to allow for staff and parents alike to see how the campus is being surveilled. Surveillance Technology Incorporated has locked down St. Raphael’s campus with state-of-the-art Tampa surveillance cameras which can now identify any face, vehicle, or vehicle tag on campus. This successful installation was both a privilege and honor to protect young children at school for Surveillance Technology and their staff.
