If we could give 10 stars we would. From the initial request for information through the follow up period after installation, Surveillance Technology has exceeded our expectations. Our HOA was in need of a new gate entry system and new surveillance cameras, and it needed to happen quickly. Luis Rodrigues, one of the owners, responded to our request for information the same day, scheduled an appointment for a consult, showed up as promised, and really listened to our concerns. We explained the need for a quick turnaround as well as the needs for the community. Not only did he respond with a fair quote, but he also provided us with different options from which to choose. He was willing to attend a HOA meeting to present his company and also to listen to concerns from residents. He took some of these concerns and came back with solutions. He helped us streamline the data process to make the installation time as quick as possible. An installation date was set, and the team arrived on time. Every single technician was polite and professional. Josh, one of the techs, stayed throughout the process for several days ensuring things worked properly. As with any new system, there are bound to be kinks and learning curves. The issues were with the Liftmaster system itself not with Surveillance Technology. Both Luis and Josh were always responsive and helped us get through those as well and stayed on the manufacture until issues were resolved. Bottomline, the system is now working great. The majority of the community has navigated the new system and things are running fine. It was truly a pleasure having a company that honored their word and delivered as promised. That is rare these days. After years of frustrating service from other companies, Surveillance Technology really stands out.

I would highly recommend Surveillance Technology Inc. They have helped us on multiple occasions at Resurrection Cemetery. The technicians that came out to install our new cameras were polite, professional and knowledgeable. The entire process flowed smoothly, from the proposal, to scheduling the appointment. They were punctual and probably most important they were patient while they taught me about our new cameras.

Great company to work with, Luis and all the guys did a fantastic job. I am with the HOA at this condominium complex here in Clearwater Fl., we did our homework and checked out a lot of different companies. Surveillance Technology came out far ahead of everyone else, Luis really knows his stuff. We ended up with 14 cameras and all the gear that goes with it. Placed all around the complex, can bring it up on our computers and take a look around everywhere at any time. Very good stuff. I wouldn't think twice about bringing them in on any other project that comes up. If you're out looking for surveillance cameras, there is no need to look any further, Surveillance Technology has what every you need. Thank you, Luis, and crew, job well done.

We have used Surveillance Technology at several of our commercial shopping centers and office buildings. The install crew are very clean and work quickly, so minimize any disturbance to tenants. Cameras are clear and capture the view we need. I would recommend them for businesses and homes.

I have had numerous projects done by STI around the Tampa and Orlando areas. They have installed cameras, NVRs, conduit, wiring, and access control system. Jamie, Josh, and CJ are highly professional and knowledgeable installers. Luis is great at finding the right solution at a fair price.

Our company put in a complete 9 camera security system more than a year ago with 2 big screens, recording DVD, etc. . Surveillance Tech was fast, efficient and delivered great value. We have had one service call for a failure of the slave screen (our stupid fault--a house keeper turned off the switch--very embarrassing but Luis didn't even charge us for sending out a tech to push a button. He should have.) All and all, a great company. As a result, they are busy so be patient. They are always out in the field, actually working.

The team that came to do the install completed their work early and followed all safety requirements on our job site. As a 30+ yr biz owner myself, I know a thing or two about quality of service. It truly starts with being responsive when a client calls you. I have no regrets choosing STI. Very professional and honest organization that has been around for 20+ years in Tampa. Our HOA community wanted a modern gate access entry system and improved RF auto tag technology. STI had the experience and knowledge to address our needs and even suggest a few things we didn't consider. Their team also went the extra mile and addressed some aesthetic concerns we had as well. Recognized as a Historic Landmark Resort in the St Petersburg downtown area, we were looking for the best in the surveillance camera and equipment system business. We talked with Luis from Surveillance Technology Inc, and seemed like the right choice for us. He was very professional, honest, promised us prompt response and even took the time to walk the entire property. I am so happy that we choose his company for our surveillance needs and professional advice. Luis has been with us since 2021 and has made several installations. The results have all been outstanding clear picture, easy viewing and storing.

I would like to especially point out an installation done this week at our Marina. His wonderful techs led by Jaime, performed a cable installation where a "dinghy" had to be used. Fighting hightide and waves they managed to install approximately 1 mile of cable and deliver the best video viewing on all cameras. I will recommend Luis and his company to anyone looking for surveillance equipment hands down.

Although very busy, this company sent out their technicians within a reasonable amount of time.. The technicians Jamie and Josh were very professional and friendly. Jaimie identified and rectified my problem I had with on line visualization of the camera views and playback. He also assisted with making sure our phones were able to bring up the same views. One hour later....done. PLUS I received a call the next morning to answer any questions I may have had. Thank you!!! BTW,, Louis is the person that answers the phone and is extremely helpful and phone friendly with curteous professional communication. KUDOS

Our Homeowners Association was seeking bids for a new camera system for two of our locations. From our initial dealings with Luis, we were impressed. He took the time to answer numerous questions and offered several different options. When we had narrowed it down to two suppliers, Luis came out and gave us a live demonstration on the caliber of cameras that we were purchasing.

Surveillance Technology Inc. was quick to schedule an installation date for us. Our install team, lead by Jamie, did a seamless install. They were extremely polite, quick to do the install and ensured that our property was left immaculate.

Jamie went over the workings of the system and ensured that we had a full understanding of the system.
