University Square – DVR Camera System Tampa

University Square is home to families and their pets in single-story, villa-style apartments near
the University of South Florida in Northwest Tampa. In December, 2019, the management
team partnered with Surveillance Technology, Inc. to provide constant monitoring of the entire
property. This was achieved through the installation of two 16-channel, 4K, H.265 DVRs, along
with a battery of security cameras. With two 28” 4K monitors, on-site managers maintain a
real-time view of activities throughout the complex, via nineteen 4K security cameras with
motorized, autofocus lenses. These cameras provide surveillance coverage of the common
outdoor areas, laundry facility, management office, and clubhouse. The University Square
project also required directional boring and trenching for the conduit and cabling required to
incorporate multiple buildings across a property of this size. Surveillance Technology, Inc. is a
