Area Agency on Aging of Pasco – Pinellas, Inc – 4K Security Camera St. Petersburg

Area Agency on Aging of Pasco – Pinellas (AAAPP) is a non-profit resource center serving Tampa Bay seniors and individuals with disabilities. As a member of the same community, Surveillance Technology, Inc. (STI) supports AAAPP’s efforts to meet the needs of our aging population, including the coordination of services to encourage healthy living and safe choices. As part of their recent surveillance installation at the St. Petersburg location, STI used plenum rated cable with low smoke and low flame characteristics. In case of a fire, the product is strategically designed to not emit smoke or fumes which may prove toxic if spread by nearby HVAC systems.

Jacketed with fire-retardant plastic, this type of cable is ideal for commercial spaces where duct work or air return units may risk distributing undesirable fumes to other areas in the building. This cable now connects AAAPP’s new 16 channel H.265 4K DVR to nine turret style 4K security cameras for broad views and one with a 2.7mm – 13mm motorized, autofocus lens for a tighter view of the entrance door. Area Agency on Aging is a trusted resource for seniors, adults with disabilities and their caregivers. This surveillance system is designed with these community members in mind, covering common areas and points of entry to keep these individuals and the AAAPP staff safe.

    We have used Surveillance Technology at several of our commercial shopping centers and office buildings. The install crew are very clean and work quickly, so minimize any disturbance to tenants. Cameras are clear and capture the view we need. I would recommend them for businesses and homes.

    The whole STI team was a pleasure to work with. Luis helped plan the whole setup of the surveillance positioning for full coverage an the installation team was very professional and efficient. STI was also the most economical choice as we shopped around to 5 different companies in the area. Will definitely use them again for my next location.

    The team was great, it's not often contractors clean up after themselves so that was a pleasant surprise! Josh, Jamie, and Luis kept us informed and educated on how to operate the system. Highly recommend!

    I have had numerous projects done by STI around the Tampa and Orlando areas. They have installed cameras, NVRs, conduit, wiring, and access control system. Jamie, Josh, and CJ are highly professional and knowledgeable installers. Luis is great at finding the right solution at a fair price.If you are looking for Security and Surveillance equipment and a company that stands behind their work, you should give STI a call.

    Luis and his installation crew did an excellent job installing the new camera system at Lake Carlton Arms Lutz, Florida. They followed through with everything promised and were timely and courteous. The crew was very professional and provided all the necessary training to get us up and running.     Our company put in a complete 9 camera security system more than a year ago with 2 big screens, recording DVD, etc. . Surveillance Tech was fast, efficient and delivered great value. We have had one service call for a failure of the slave screen (our stupid fault--a house keeper turned off the switch--very embarrassing but Luis didn't even charge us for sending out a tech to push a button. He should have.) All and all, a great company. As a result, they are busy so be patient. They are always out in the field, actually working.

    Great Company to work with. The cameras and DVR's they installed were great quality and at a low price. The team that came to do the install completed their work early and followed all safety requirements on our job site. After the initial install they have been very responsive to our calls when we have questions. My company is looking to utilize there services at some of our other locations.

    As a 30+ yr biz owner myself, I know a thing or two about quality of service. It truly starts with being responsive when a client calls you. I have no regrets choosing STI. Very professional and honest organization that has been around for 20+ years in Tampa. Our HOA community wanted a modern gate access entry system and improved RF auto tag technology. STI had the experience and knowledge to address our needs and even suggest a few things we didn't consider. Their team also went the extra mile and addressed some aesthetic concerns we had as well. Overall, honest and fairly priced security experts.

    Recognized as a Historic Landmark Resort in the St Petersburg downtown area, we were looking for the best in the surveillance camera and equipment system business. We talked with Luis from Surveillance Technology Inc, and seemed like the right choice for us. He was very professional, honest, promised us prompt response and even took the time to walk the entire property. I am so happy that we choose his company for our surveillance needs and professional advice. Luis has been with us since 2021 and has made several installations. The results have all been outstanding clear picture, easy viewing and storing.I would like to especially point out an installation done this week at our Marina. His wonderful techs led by Jaime, performed a cable installation where a "dinghy" had to be used. Fighting hightide and waves they managed to install approximately 1 mile of cable and deliver the best video viewing on all cameras. I will recommend Luis and his company to anyone looking for surveillance equipment hands down.

    Although very busy, this company sent out their technicians within a reasonable amount of time.. The technicians Jamie and Josh were very professional and friendly. Jaimie identified and rectified my problem I had with on line visualization of the camera views and playback. He also assisted with making sure our phones were able to bring up the same views. One hour later....done. PLUS I received a call the next morning to answer any questions I may have had. Thank you!!! BTW,, Louis is the person that answers the phone and is extremely helpful and phone friendly with curteous professional communication. KUDOS

    Our Homeowners Association was seeking bids for a new camera system for two of our locations. From our initial dealings with Luis, we were impressed. He took the time to answer numerous questions and offered several different options. When we had narrowed it down to two suppliers, Luis came out and gave us a live demonstration on the caliber of cameras that we were purchasing.Surveillance Technology Inc. was quick to schedule an installation date for us. Our install team, lead by Jamie, did a seamless install. They were extremely polite, quick to do the install and ensured that our property was left immaculate.Jamie went over the workings of the system and ensured that we had a full understanding of the system.We would highly recommend Surveillance Technology.
