Bayshore on the Boulevard is a contemporary condominium community located on the shore of Hillsborough Bay. They recently partnered with neighboring Tampa-based surveillance company, Surveillance Technology, Inc. (STI) to upgrade their outdated, traditional CCTV camera system. STI was able to cover the entire perimeter of the property with the latest IP technology for their condo security cameras.
The full surveillance package includes an 8 channel H.265 4K NVR to support seven new 4K IP cameras with fixed lenses, capturing 24/7 color footage. These cameras offer crystal clear color images around the clock, even in night vision mode, as shown in the photo below taken at 3:00 AM. Additionally, these IP cameras are equipped with full AI features allowing for customizable notifications when a person or vehicle enters the property. These cameras cover the internal parking garage, two entrance gates, and everything at the rear of the property, which borders the world’s longest running sidewalk.
