After taking over an iconic Chestnut Street property in Clearwater, FL, Churchill Stateside Group (CSG) contracted Surveillance Technology, Inc. (STI) to install a top notch surveillance system.
As a fully licensed provider of surveillance and access control technologies, STI is able to pull permits for their work, simplifying your construction project and shortening your to-do list.
They covered the entire perimeter of the property, including the parking areas and courtyard, with nine IP 4K bullet cameras offering color footage, even at night. An additional exterior camera uses varifocal lenses to capture tight views of the dumpster, a popular focus area for commercial properties. Two traditional IR 4K turret style cameras were installed in the lobby. All cameras are recorded on a 16 channel H.265 4K NVR.
