The warehouse, which contains a number of important and expensive assets, became the target of the first phase to the installation. A 16-channel DVR was set up with eight 1080p HD broadview cameras. To further bolster the power of the cameras, smart infrared technology was selected to allow for the ultimate night time viewing and footage-capturing experience. These powerful cameras cover broad views of the warehouse, the entrance door, the exit gate, and the manager’s worktable. Because of all the equipment in action on the floor, it is an important safety protocol to ensure that the warehouse is well surveilled. The store was the target for the second phase to the installation, granting Carolina Factory Furniture more security over their valuable inventory. As in the warehouse, a 16-channel DVR, this time connected to six cameras, is able to cover all of the entrances, the rear bay door and its loading dock, the rear exterior, and the entire showroom. Once again, 1080p HD broadview cameras with smart infrared technology were selected to provide the optimum surveillance environment.
