The Korean Presbyterian Church in Tampa, FL decided to consult Surveillance Technology for the best Business Surveillance System in Tampa, to get a fresh perspective on surveillance systems. STI assessed the church’s needs and budget, and ultimately met those needs with an affordable and precisely designed surveillance solution. STI leveraged the church’s existing analog system to accommodate a phased-in approach to upgrading their surveillance resources.
The cornerstone of the new system is a 16-channel H.265 Hybrid 4K UHD DVR, supporting four new 5-megapixel cameras. When integrated with the remainder of their existing cameras, this portion of the system provides monitoring and storage for the entrance and parking lots. In a subsequent phase of the project, STI added another UHD camera on a high traffic exterior area and re-installed the church’s analog equipment to further cover the rear entrance and HVAC equipment areas without incurring additional cost.
By repurposing resources already owned by the client, Surveillance Technology was able to align the church’s budget with their top priorities. For the Korean Presbyterian Church, their funds were better spent on high resolution technology where warranted, as opposed to simply buying a whole new system of lesser quality.
