Psychological Assessment Resources, Inc. (PAR) has been a Surveillance Technology client since 2017. In 2024, Surveillance Technology (STI) returned to the PAR property, to upgrade their 2 megapixel equipment to more modern business surveillance system. There are two buildings on the property, which received nearly identical surveillance packages.
In the south building, STI replaced 9 cameras with 4K technology, augmenting exterior coverage with a 24/7 color feature, which continues to capture color footage after dark. The large version of these cameras generate their own LED light to illuminate 150’ of the surrounding area. Several business surveillance cameras were added to the parking area, with one focused on the generator. Three more were added to provide coverage of exterior corners and the point of entry at the rear of the building. New cameras in the warehouse cover the pedestrian doors, as well as the rear and stairwell entrances from the inside. As a result, all entry points are now recorded in 4K with fixed lens IR cameras, along with additional points of interest, such as the server room and key assets warranting oversight. Two cameras added at the north end of the building bring the perimeter total to twenty four cameras offering crystal clear color footage, even in night vision mode.
The corner of the north building was uniquely equipped with a varifocal 24/7 color camera to shoot the nearby intersection. PAR regularly receives requests for footage from law enforcement, to support traffic accident investigations. This camera allows PAR to provide high quality images as a service to the community. Each building has one 16 channel and one 8 channel H.265 4K DVR supporting twenty four cameras, which can all be viewed on one platform.
