Surveillance Technology Inc. (STI) first worked with New York-based Madison Properties in 2020, outfitting the front and rear of their retail property, Regency Square with security cameras focused on the parking lot and trash receptacles. A subsequent 2022 installment included a 16 channel DVR compatible with the client’s existing 5-megapixel Digital Watchdog platform. STI typically uses an 8-megapixel recorder with 4K resolution but is able to modify its equipment to suit each client’s needs and budget. Eleven turret style 4K cameras were added to cover breezeways to protect storefronts and mitigate potential liability. License plate readers were installed at all five parking lot exits. 3,800 feet of cable was used to provide full surveillance coverage to the entire property.
Madison Properties can monitor activity at the Florida location from their home office in New York City from any mobile device or desktop, giving them peace of mind from afar. State-of-the-art surveillance technology is an offering that sets Regency Square apart from comparable properties. Surveillance Technology is proud to continue a long term partnership which gives their clients an edge in a competitive rental market.
