Phase 1 of the new system was recently completed and featured a combination of Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) and IP equipment. Surveillance Technology Incorporated installed two Pentabrid HD 4.0 Standalone DVRs (Digital Video Recorders) with individual 8 TB hard drives. In addition, 32 4 megapixel HD IP cameras with smart infrared were mounted to provide cover in all interior residence hallways. The last part of Phase 1 was the installation of a license plate recognition system and camera to monitor the exit gate. Parkcrest Condominium’s management raved about the new surveillance system for it’s high resolution and ease of use both while on property and working remotely.
