The Fountains at Countryside Condominiums is a gated residential community in Clearwater, FL. Having previously worked with Surveillance Technology, Inc. (STI), The Fountains recently contacted them for a surveillance system enhancement. Four turret-style 4K cameras were added to the pool area to provide broad views for monitoring resident and guest behavior. Their 24/7 color technology captures color footage, even in night vision mode, which provides clear footage during the day and well into the night when the pool is closed. This footage is captured on an 8 channel H.265 4K DVR.
Two similar 24/7 color turret style 4K cameras were installed at the clubhouse, providing views of the front entrance and front exterior, with its own 4 Channel DVR. The main entrance gates to the community are overseen by two bullet-style cameras with color night vision, in addition to a license plate camera reading the tags of all cars entering the property. Broad views of the exit gates are provided by a more traditional dome camera with 4K resolution and motorized zoom. These are supported by a third DVR.
The Fountains at Countryside comprises nine residential buildings with 168 units, and unique amenities such as a dog run and butterfly garden.
